It is preferable to fill the tank before returning the vehicle as we charge a fee (in addition to the fuel charges) to top up the vehicle fuel tank on your behalf.

Our 24/7 emergency control center will be more than comfortable to assist with all breakdowns and emergencies. We usually provide a replacement car within 120 minutes if you are within Lusaka. If you are outside Lusaka, it will take a few hours to provide a replacement car depending on the distance.

Aston Air does not allow a hitch to be attached or towing of any kind with the rental vehicle.

Toll fees are separate from the car rental payments therefore you pay from your own money

International travellers are required to produce a valid driver’s license. A foreign driver’s license will be accepted on condition that:

· The licence is in English

· The licence has a signature on it

· The 1st issue date and validity period is stated

An ID document or passport with a photo is required for the identification of the customer. The ID/passport number should match the number on the licence.

In the event that the licence is in another language, an international driver’s licence should accompany the foreign driver’s licence.

No driving permits or certified copies/copies of the original driver’s licence may be accepted.

A translated version of the license, stamped by the embassy, can be accepted when accompanied by the license.

International visitors must also produce a valid passport.

In the case of damages to the vehicle, the vehicle will be assessed and repairs undertaken

All Aston Air vehicles are inspected prior to customer collection and then again when the vehicle is returned.
